Planning & Zoning

The Planning and Zoning Department reviews and makes recommendations on new developments, site plans, commercial and industrial developments etc.  The department works with the Planning Commission and the City Council to ensure that ordinances are followed as directed and developments meet all local and state codes and expectations.
