How to Pay Property Taxes

DUE DATES:

1st installment due Jan. 31, 2026
2nd installment due July 31, 2026

PAYMENT OPTIONS:  

Easiest - Pay online.  It's safe, quick and easy. 

Mail - Send the 1st installment check to the City of Durand; PO Box 202, Durand, WI  54736 (Make check out to "City of Durand")

City Hall

Cash - If paying by cash, please have exact change. City Hall may not have change available due to limited cash on hand.
Check - make checks payable to "City of Durand".
         
Office hours - M-Thursday; 9am- 4pm; Fri - 9am - 12n (or by appointment).  There is a dropbox at the entrance to City Hall as well.
