Winter Parking Information
Per local ordinances, snow removal/plowing will occur after a snowfall of 2" or more.
A SNOW EMERGENCY will be issued by the Durand Police Department. When a snow emergency has been issued, there is no street parking until the streets are plowed. Vehicles are to be moved immediately.
A DOWNTOWN BUSINESS DISTRICT SNOW EMERGENCY may be issued for businesses and properties in the designated downtown area. (See map below). If a downtown snow emergency is issued, all vehicles must be moved from the downtown area by 2:00am on the designated day or the vehicles will be towed or ticketed.
