Pool Staff/Lifeguards

The City of Durand is now accepting applications for Community Swimming Pool staff positions for the 2026 pool season. Applications are due to the Public Works Director by 4:00 pm on Friday March 27, 2026. Positions will remain open until filled.

 Positions Available

     Assistant Pool Directors – age 16 and older with WSI certification      

     WSI Lifeguards – age 16 and older                   

     Lifeguards – age 15 and older                          

     Bathhouse Attendant – age 14 and older no certification required                        

Wages subject to review and experience. Lifeguard certification required and Wisconsin Swim Instructor (WSI) certification preferred. Possible financial assistance or reimbursement may be available for Lifeguard and WSI certifications.
